Founder
Cultural Capital Asia was founded by Joshua Chan Yee Jing 陳爾正, whose work spans live entertainment, artist strategy, cultural IP development and project structuring in Hong Kong and Asia.
Joshua’s work focuses on designing the structure behind cultural projects, connecting artists, promoters, brands, spaces, communities and commercial partners into platforms that can grow beyond one-off execution.

Cultural Capital Asia partners with artists, promoters, brands, venues, agencies, rights holders and cultural organisations across Asia to structure cultural projects, live experiences, artist-led ventures and platform collaborations.
Our partnerships are built around clear commercial structures, with roles, responsibilities, ownership, budgets, approvals and settlement terms defined according to the nature of each project.
Group Structure & Platforms
Cultural Capital Asia operates through a group structure, with Cultural Capital Asia Limited serving as the group’s mother holding and strategic platform, and Cultural Capital Asia Operations Limited serving as an operating and contracting entity for selected projects within the ecosystem.
The group connects platforms across live entertainment, artist services, fan communities, cultural spaces and project execution. Its platforms and affiliated ventures include Sunchase Productions, OC2S, NOTFRONTOFFICE, House of Villain, TONE Music, This Town Needs and Project + People.
